High Km in Compact Form Factor

Our motors are engineered to deliver maximum torque per gram and per cubic centimeter through optimized electrical and mechanical design, and efficient thermal management. That translates to lighter, smaller actuators that maintain high continuous torque without thermal derating. In humanoid robotics and compact automation systems, this means reduced payload weight, higher efficiency, and better dynamic response.

Thermal Efficiency & Continuous Duty Performance

Our frameless motors are engineered with a high Km constant, optimized copper fill, and low winding resistance to minimize I²R (copper) losses. By tightly controlling thermal pathways and ensuring operation within an 85 °C winding temperature envelope, the motors deliver higher continuous torque without overheating. The result: reliable, predictable performance under demanding duty cycles — exactly what humanoid robots require for lifelike motion and long service life.
