Our product line includes a range of Standard NEMA size BLDC motors, Servo Motors, Frameless BLDC Motors, and Slotless/Ironless BLDC motors. Our BLDC motors are designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to ensure the highest quality and performance. Lin Engineering also provides Motorized Traction Wheel assemblies, which are used in a variety AGV/AMR applications, including robotics and material handling. Available Products

Standard BLDC

BLDC motors are available in Standard NEMA sizes and they deliver smooth and consistent torque output throughout the continuous operating speed range of the motor. Our BLDC motors are designed to be continuously operated at speeds up to 4,000 RPM with a peak speed up to 5,000 RPM.

Frameless BLDC

Frameless BLDC motors allow for maximum integration within your assembly and offer high torque output and high efficiency. Frameless motors are available in multiple sizes, inrunner and outrunner designs, and can be customized to your specific requirements.

Slotless BLDC

Slotless BLDC Motors are capable of higher speeds, up to 50,000 RPM, and higher torque outputs than their brushed counterparts. The elimination of mechanical brushes increases the operational lifetime of the motor to 20,000 hours. BLDC motors offer more accurate speed control with the use of drivers and controllers.

Geared Standard BLDC

Lin Engineering's BLDC motors matched with High Precision Planetary Gearboxes are perfect for applications that require higher torque. Our gearboxes are Designed and Manufactured In-House and offer low backlash and high efficiency. Available in multiple popular gear rations including 5:1, 10:1, 20:1, and 50:1.

Servo BLDC Motors

Lin Engineering AC and DC Servo Motors are designed for high-performance applications that require precise speed, position, and torque control. Available in 40 mm, 60 mm, and 80 mm frame sizes with rated output from 60W to 750W, and rated speeds of up to 3,000 RPM. Includes integrated 2,500 PPR Incremental encoder.

With Motorized Traction Wheels motors, all structural and mechanical supports needed for the design can be integrated directly into the apparatus.

Outer Rotor Motors

Outer rotor motors are different from typical motors as they have the rotor and stator switched. By doing this the outside of the motor will turn instead of the shaft. This can be helpful in situations where direct drive is needed.
