Santa Clara, CA - April 2003 - Lin Engineering, the technical leader in step motor design, is pleased to introduce their new compact and lightweight step motor. The 1.8º NEMA size 11 Standard Motor is designed for flexibility in applications with limited space.

The motor measures a mere 1.1" square and is available in three lengths; 1.24", 1.75" and 1.99". It provides high torque in a small package. Depending on the length, it can produce maximum holding torques of 9.2 oz-in, 13.7 oz-in and 16.6 oz-in.

The 1.8º size 11 motor is ideally suited for applications in the following fields: medical, communications and semiconductor.
