Immediate objectives are to support the internal and outside sales force with technical support and implementing motion control solutions for the customer’s applications.
Responsibilities include handling small territories with your own customer base; supporting the sales team, reps and distributors with technical support; supporting them with applications: selecting the right products for the customer; addressing customer issues in a comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: College degree in engineering (or equivalent with work experience), sales/people oriented with demonstrated communication, motivational and leadership skills. Responsible, organized, has a desire to learn, must know how to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent problem-solving skills, pro-active with a “can do” spirit. Project Management knowledge a definite plus.
Test Engineer
Functions include testing, inspection, and process control:
Optimize the final inspection process (efficiency and efficacy)
Reduce final inspection costs by driving inspection upstream in the process through SPC
Drive Source Inspection process
Develop, release, and monitor control charts throughout the process
Write work instructions, and train production personnel on them
Develop and implement test programs
Design and release fixturing
Conduct Failure Analysis on Drivers
Identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize projects (based on FA output)
Drive Six Sigma projects
This position reports to Quality Manager and supports the Quality, Manufacturing, and Production teams. You should have a Bachelor's or above degree in an Engineering discipline, and at least 3-5 years related experience.

We are looking for success in the following areas:
1) Within the first 12 months, complete the development and implementation of existing designs utilizing a team of 2-3 electrical engineers.
• BLDC drive
• Stepper motor closed loop system utilizing read back, feedback, and PID – Not integrated to the motor.
• Stepper motor closed loop system only utilizing read back and feedback integrated to the step motor.
• Stepper motor with FPGA programmed driver for core technology
• 8051 chip implementation for core technology
2) Participate and actively contribute toward the brainstorming team for new product development
• Feedback devices: current vector control, magnetic encoders vs. optical encoders.
• High efficiency system, low heat, compact design
• Understanding of I/O requirements for step motor industry
• Competitive product analysis
• Capability to understand customer’s requirements
3) 2-3 Product updates and upgrades to capture and maintain new customers per year.
• Strong failure analysis skills
• Change your own design or the team’s design based on feedback.
• From failure analysis of old design and new design, feedback product improvements into product.
4) Scheduling and directing work for others
• Documentation of design
• Organizing design process from beginning to end

Manufacturing Engineer
The purpose for this position is to assist the production line in reaching and maintaining maximum efficiency through continuous improvement.
This position reports to Quality Manager and provides relevant support functions to other departments. Will work very closely with the Production Manager in pursuing continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to our production line in troubleshooting yield and cycle-time issues and improvements.
- Leading projects and process improvements to achieve six sigma manufacturing quality results.
- Take the lead in ensuring that the manufacturing plant facilities are adequate and properly maintained. There may be opportunities for leading plant-floor layout changes and expansion.
Qualifications:
- Two to five years experience as a manufacturing engineer and a strong desire to grow professionally through application of your skills and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and no difficulty working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Good working knowledge of Statistical concepts and controls.
Education: Should hold a Bachelor’s degree or above, in an engineering discipline, preferably in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
