Key Deliverables

Responsibility:
• Lead processing, quoting, order entry, follow up for sales representatives
• Website maintenance
• Develop new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers by providing value added solutions to customer requirements
• Customer service, forecasting and meeting sales goals
• Coordinate with engineering, materials and manufacturing groups to provide customers with the best possible solutions to meet their requirements
• Provide accurate and timely pricing and product support to customers, sales representatives and other departments. This includes lead times, pricing, confirmation of purchase orders, engineering and manufacturing developments affecting customer orders, etc.
• Responsible for sustaining and continuing product knowledge of existing and new products and applications.
• Coordinate RMA's
• Generate proposals to meet specific customer requirements in a timely manner
• Address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
• Maximize OTD by quoting available to promise
• Review backlog report on weekly basis and follow up with customers to retrieve new orders
• Document sales activities in SalesForce
• Maintain customer applications database
Requirements:
• AA degree minimum, BS and up strongly preferred
• Experience in manufacturing sales environment preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow up, presentation and account management skills will be necessary in order to achieve sales success in this position
• Knowledge of engineering standards, principles and practices
• Strong organizational and computer skills, MS Office, Salesforce
• Great people skills – friendly, flexible with daily tasks, confident, ability to think fast
• Attention to detail, accountability and self-motivation
• Interest in learning a detailed product line
• Excellent problem solving and customer relations skills
• Keen desire to learn
